CEC Energie Libre is the first Citizen Energy Community (CEC) officially approved by CWaPE in Wallonia. Managed by Helios Group, partner of Eonis (alliance between WeSmart and Helios Group), this pioneering initiative represents a reference model for citizen-led and local energy transition.
