Première Communauté d'Énergie Renouvelable (CER) de Wallonie et projet pionnier d'envergure sociale. Hannut démontre l'excellence du modèle WeSmart à travers une communauté mixte de 844 logements, incluant un volet social significatif pour lutter contre la précarité énergétique.
